Exchanges & Returns Policy:
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. If Allye terminates your paid Subscription Service without cause, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription term will be provided. No refund will be provided if your account is terminated due to a violation of the Terms. The Terms do not explicitly detail a policy for user-initiated returns or exchanges for defective or non-defective goods/services from the customer's perspective.
Delivery Times / Service Provision:
The service provides a suite of no-code analysis tools. Subscription services begin on the date of your first payment (the "Subscription Billing Date") and automatically renew. Digital services are typically accessible immediately upon successful payment.
